ISPAH’s 2024 Congress in central Paris was the first congress to run on our custom-built abstract management system. With 918 abstracts and close to 1,000 delegates accessing it live at peak, in real time, the platform was proven under genuine pressure — and we took it forward from there.

When ASPA’s 2025 congress in Newcastle ran smoothly on Membersites, they came straight back for Hong Kong 2026. Two conference websites — abstracts, registration, e-commerce and committee tools — on a platform we keep investing in, including an automatic abstract-book generator added along the way.

The International Society for Physical Activity and Health (ISPAH) is a global not-for-profit with ambitious plans to grow its membership and bring best-in-class digital interaction to its community. We helped them grow their membership base by 300% in three years.

The Asia-Pacific Society for Physical Activity was running on a legacy WordPress build and a patchwork of external tools. We migrated them onto Membersites — one platform for membership, communications, finance and a Teams-style community — then launched their 2025 conference on the same platform within months. In their first year, membership and engagement are both climbing.
