The related articles then cover the day-to-day tasks \u2014 coupons, refunds and reports \u2014 in detail.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"where-everything-lives-0\">Where everything lives<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Everything to do with ticket sales is reached from your site&#8217;s dashboard:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u4ea7\u54c1<\/strong> \u2014 your ticket types (for example Full Delegate, Student, Day Pass), each with its price and availability.<\/li><li><strong>Orders<\/strong> \u2014 every purchase, with the buyer&#8217;s details, what they bought, and whether payment has been received.<\/li><li><strong>Marketing \u2192 Coupons<\/strong> \u2014 discount codes, for early-bird offers, members&#8217; rates or invited speakers.<\/li><li><strong>\u5206\u6790<\/strong> \u2014 sales figures, revenue and order trends over time.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-a-ticket-sale-works-1\">How a ticket sale works<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a delegate books, they choose their ticket, pay by card, and the payment is processed securely through <strong>\u6761\u7eb9<\/strong>. WooCommerce then creates an <strong>order<\/strong>, emails the delegate a confirmation and a receipt, and records the sale. You don&#8217;t need to do anything for a normal booking \u2014 it all happens automatically.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"understanding-order-statuses-2\">Understanding order statuses<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each order carries a status so you can see at a glance where it stands:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Processing<\/strong> \u2014 payment received; the booking is confirmed.<\/li><li><strong>Completed<\/strong> \u2014 the order is fully fulfilled.<\/li><li><strong>Pending payment<\/strong> \u2014 the delegate started but didn&#8217;t finish paying.<\/li><li><strong>Refunded<\/strong> \u2014 some or all of the order has been refunded.<\/li><li><strong>Cancelled<\/strong> \u2014 the order was cancelled before payment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"finding-and-reading-an-order-3\">Finding and reading an order<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open <strong>Orders<\/strong> to see every booking, newest first. Click any order to see the full picture: the delegate&#8217;s name and email, the ticket they bought, the amount paid, the payment method, and a full history of what has happened to the order.
