This guide explains how it fits together.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-programming-works-0\">How programming works<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Event Programming has three parts, shown as tabs at the top:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Presentations<\/strong> \u2014 every accepted abstract, ready to be placed in the schedule.<\/li><li><strong>Sessions<\/strong> \u2014 the slots in your programme (for example an oral session, a symposium or a poster session) that presentations go into.<\/li><li><strong>Abstract Book Designer<\/strong> \u2014 for producing the printed abstract book, covered in <a href=\"\/es\/knowledge-base\/creating-your-abstract-book\/\">its own article<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"reviewing-your-presentations-1\">Reviewing your presentations<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En <strong>Presentations<\/strong> tab lists every accepted abstract, with its author and format. Each session has its own name, type, date and time. As you do, the allocated and unallocated counts update, so you can work steadily through until every presentation has a home. Keeping an eye on the unallocated count is the simplest way to make sure nothing is left off the programme.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"previewing-the-programme-4\">Previewing the programme<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use <strong>Preview Programme<\/strong> at any time to see the schedule exactly as attendees will. This is the best way to check for clashes, gaps or sessions that are running long before you publish.
